6 Month Wellness Overhaul

Service Description

Wellness Overhaul is for people who know their current approach to health isn't working and are ready for a new way of relating to self care that will allow for more energy, vibrance and wellbeing. We build a solid foundation of what healthy living looks like for you and address any self care related trauma that's getting in your way. We meet weekly for 6 months for a total of 24 sessions. We alternate our weekly sessions between nutrition and health coaching and somatic nervous system regulation work. Contact me for more information and to find out which program is right for you.
