Service Description
Wellness Overhaul is for people who know their current approach to health isn't working and are ready for a new way of relating to self care that will allow for more energy, vibrance and pleasure. We build a solid foundation of what healthy living looks like for you and address any self care related trauma that's keeping you stuck in a cycle of unhealthy habits. We meet weekly for 6 months for a total of 24 sessions. We alternate our weekly sessions between nutrition and health coaching and Somatic Experiencing nervous system regulation work. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Appointments Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to 50% of the session fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee. We understand that unexpected situations arise. If an emergency prevents you from attending your session, please reach out as soon as possible.
